Do my clients need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can view the boards straight away. To comment, they sign in with Google, or, if you allow guest comments on a project, just type their name. If you turn comments off, there’s nothing to sign in for.
Which files can I upload?
PNG, JPEG and WebP, up to 200 MB per board. Revision reads the pixel density from an @2x filename or the image itself, so retina exports show at their true size. You can adjust it in the project’s settings.
Can I password-protect a link?
Yes. Turn on Require a password in a project’s settings, then send your client the password with the link. Each project has its own, and you can change it or turn it off at any time.
How will I know when a client comments?
Revision emails you whenever someone comments or replies, with the comment and a link straight to the board.
How do I get access?
Sign in with Google and you can start a project right away. During early access, each workspace holds up to 10 projects and 2 GB of uploads.
What happens after early access?
Revision is free for as long as early access runs. Paid plans will be announced here before anything changes.
